MoCA on the Move at Met Park: Celebrating Spring Family Series | Sundays

Join the Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington every Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. this spring with live music, lawn games, bubbles, and hands-on art making activities for the whole family. Local artists will guide art making through the series. Face painting and temporary tattoos available for purchase from vendor, Otterly Artistic Events.

ARTECHOUSE Bloom Hunt in Rosslyn | May 2 - 9

The spring hunt is on! You're invited to the Bloom Hunt where ARTECHOUSE is turning the D.C. Metro area into a real-life digital art scavenger hunt that travels through the region. Visit Rosslyn from May 2-9 for a chance to win free tickets to ARTECHOUSE DC and prizes from participating businesses in the neighborhood.

SPARK! Not Your Usual Art Market | May 3

Jazz @ Met | May 7 & 21

Enjoy the return of jazz at Metropolitan Park with a free concert series co-presented by the DC Jazz Festival and National Landing BID. Listen to live stylings from Go-Go to bossa nova across the four-part series, from 5-7PM on select Thursdays. Refresh with onsite vendors including Toby’s Homemade Ice Cream and Taqueria Xochi alongside free giveaways from Mocktail Club, and take part in a new on-site arts activity each event curated by resident artists from Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington’s Innovation Studio.

The Arlington VA250 Committee is hosting an Arlington HistoryFest 250, a free, one-day outdoor festival commemorating the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution. It will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. at Kenmore Middle School.

It’s back and better than ever! Put on your dancing shoes for the fifth Arlington Palooza on May 16 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Lubber Run Community Center. This free, family-friendly festival features live music, local vendors, food trucks, hands-on activities, and fun for all ages as we celebrate spring together in Arlington County.

Festival Argentino USA | May 23

Yoga in the Galleries | Saturdays

Ballston Farmers Market | Thursdays

Located in shady, tree-filled Welburn Square, the Ballston Farmers Market features organic fruits and vegetables, sweet and savory baked goods, Virginia-made wines, cold-pressed juices, and more. The market is open Thursdays from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Rosslyn Farmers Market | Wednesdays

Stop by Rosslyn's Central Place Plaza, stroll through the market, and delight your senses with a wide selection of conventional and certified organic produce, baked goods and bread, popsicles, fresh flowers, and more. The market is open Wednesdays from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.
