Hotel Bids: Save time by letting us distribute your Request for Proposal (RFP) to multiple Arlington hotels in one fell swoop. At your request, we’ll e-mail your meeting specifications to local properties and assist you in identifying the options that best suit your requirements.

Site Inspections: When you’ve narrowed down your hotel choices, we’re happy to introduce you to our hotel sales counterparts and to join you on escorted site inspections of the properties you’re considering.

Promotional Information and Photography: Boost event attendance and generate excitement for your event with destination information. Once you’re ready to promote Arlington to event attendees, we’ll give you photos, videos, promotional copy, logos, Arlington maps and local/regional information.

Service-Provider Referrals: We can also connect you with a wide array of meeting service providers, including local receptive operators, transportation companies, entertainment/talent agencies, caterers, audio/visual companies, speakers bureaus and photographers.

Motor Coach Parking: We can assist you in organizing local motor coach parking.

On-Site Convention Services: Based on availability, your meeting or group can enjoy Arlington’s complimentary on-site services during peak check-in time, including dining, shopping and entertainment recommendations, and transportation information.

Self-Serve Information Display: We can set up a customized selection of local visitor materials for your group next to your own organization’s event check-in table. Your attendees can help themselves to visitor information that interests them.

Welcome Bags: Offer your attendees StayArlington welcome bags with visitor guides, maps and brochures from local attractions. We can customize them to your group and your needs.
