A new perspective
A completely different perspective on the monumental core of the nation’s capital, Georgetown, Arlington, and beyond that must be seen to fully grasp. As the second tallest publicly accessible point, views from our windows provide visibility around the entire Beltway, from Silver Spring to FedEx Field, Andrews Air Force Base, National Harbor, Alexandria, Tysons, and beyond. A view only seen from flights into D.C., visitors can now see how the entire city, Arlington, and the region are laid out. This is truly The View of DC.
For first-time visitors to our nation’s capital or for travelers on a tight timeframe, the observation deck is the perfect starting point to get their bearings and see all of the sights including the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, the U.S. Capitol, Supreme Court, Pentagon, Arlington National Cemetery, National Cathedral, Georgetown, and more. Once visitors understand exactly how the city is laid out and all the different areas they can discover on their trip, leaving from here to visit the city will make more sense overall.
Cheers our nation’s capital
Up a grand staircase, one floor above the observation deck, visitors will have the chance to get outside on the 32nd floor. The outdoor terrace is a great space to bring a group following a long day and grab a drink and a snack from our café and enjoy an incredible sunset with D.C. lit up in an evening glow. Our café offers cocktails, wine, and local craft beer, all at a reasonable price.
Unique setting for events
Our space is one that not only offers unique views, but a unique event setting. The View of DC is set to provide an incredible space year-round for visitors to see the city and experience the space. When a buyout of The View of DC is scheduled, the sleek space becomes a 12,000 square foot canvas for event planners to create unique experiences with the cityscape as a backdrop. Our events team will help to ensure our guests can customize their event from start to finish. The technology in our space has been set to create memorable events from press conferences and investor events, to fundraisers and galas, to celebrations, breakfasts and small networking events.
Avoid the crowds
Because nothing spoils an amazing experience like being crowded into a space and feeling rushed, we’ve incorporated timed ticketing to limit the number of guests who enter our space. That means, when visitors purchase advance tickets, the time on their ticket means the time they’ll be whisked through our entrance and put into an elevator. No waiting in lines and crowd controls will ensure that every experience is a memorable one.
