The UVA Darden Sands Family Grounds in Arlington, Virginia offers two floors of state-of-the-art meeting space. Located in the Rosslyn neighborhood, this meetings venue has panoramic views of Washington, D.C. and versatile space for networking, receptions, educational or any special events for up to 250 guests. Housed on the top two floors of a 31-story building with expansive views of the capital region, the cutting-edge meeting spaces provide a professional learning environment and facilitate collaborative work throughout your program.
The venue features the Day Meeting Package (DMP), which allows for a one-stop shopping. The DMP includes:
- Meeting space complete with conference chairs, hand-surface nonglare work stations and in-room sound & lighting controls
- Continuous refreshment breaks with unlimited beverages and snacks
- Chef-created seasonal lunches
- Presentation equipment: LDC project, screen, high-speed Wi-Fi and flip chart
