Capital Pride: June 12 - 21
Capital Pride in Washington, D.C. takes place from June 12 to June 21, with the main festivities and parade weekend occurring on June 20 and 21. The 2026 theme is "Have the Audacity," encouraging the LGBTQ+ community to exist and resist boldly.

Lubber Run Summer Concert Series | Returns June 6
The Lubber Run Summer Concert Series features free performances from a variety of genres at the sylvan venue nestled two blocks off Route 50. Carly Harvey Sings Amy Winehouse kicks off the summer series!
Jazz @ Met | June 4 & 18
Enjoy the return of Jazz at Metropolitan Park with a free, weekly concert presented by the DC Jazz Festival and National Landing BID. Ease into the evening with musical performances at one of National Landing’s newest park spaces, select Thursdays through June 18 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Columbia Pike Blues Festival | June 13
From live blues, jazz, and bluegrass music, to family-friendly activities, to craft beer and wine and to local vendors, you'll find something for everyone at this year's Columbia Pike Blues Festival! Head to the Pike June 13 starting at 12:00 p.m. for a whole day of fun and festivities.
The Jazz Palette: Paint & Sip at Water Park | June 14 & 28
Unwind with an evening of creativity and live music at The Jazz Palette, a relaxed paint-and-sip experience set to the smooth sounds of live jazz at Water Park. Guests can follow along with a guided painting session while enjoying drinks and soaking in the atmosphere of an outdoor jazz performance.

Cultural Fest: JUBILEE: A Juneteenth Celebration | June 20
Come together for Cultural Fest: JUBILEE, a Juneteenth celebration dedicated to honoring freedom, culture, and community. Happening on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at The Plaza at Mason Square from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m., this vibrant event promises a day full of music, ice cream, meaningful connections, and pure, childlike joy.

Artist-Led Workshop: Sculpting Concrete and the Art Deco Legacy | June 2
Come out to MoCA's Innovation Studio in National Landing on June 2 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. for an artist-led workshop where you'll explore fun ways to manipulate concrete as a material, from body casting, rubber molds, to free hand sculpting.
Artist-Led Workshop: Chance and Control | June 5
Come out to MoCA's Innovation Studio in National Landing on June 5 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. for an artist-led workshop where you'll play with unpredictability and control to create hybridized abstractions that tread the fine line between equilibrium and chaos.
Rosslyn LIVE: Too Much Talent Band | June 11
Once a month this summer, Rosslyn LIVE brings bands, bites, and a “pub in the park” to Gateway Park. Join us on the second Thursday of June through August for a fun night out with live music in the park, food trucks, and plenty of space to hang out. Bring your coworkers, meet new neighbors, and settle in for warm nights, cold drinks, and great music energizing the park. Attendees are welcome to bring picnic blankets and chairs to sit on, however, outside alcohol is not permitted. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and performers will go on stage at 6 p.m.
Yoga in the Galleries | Saturdays
Make your way to the Museum of Contemporary Art, Arlington on Saturdays at 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. for a unique 60-minute yoga session in their serene Tiffany Gallery. Take in the colors of the stained glass as you relax into yoga poses and enjoy a creative doodling and writing session following the class.
MoCA on the Move at Met Park: Celebrating Spring Family Series | June 7 & 14
Join MoCA at Met Park every Sunday through June 14 with live music, lawn games, bubbles, and hands-on art making activities for the whole family. Local artists will guide art making through the series. Face painting and temporary tattoos available for purchase from vendor, Otterly Artistic Events.

Signature Theatre: What Became of Us | Beginning June 16
A beautiful and moving play about two siblings striving for connection over the course of a lifetime. A sister and brother, the elder born in The Old Country and the younger born in This Country, share both big and small moments and memories from childhood through teenage rebellion, career successes, parenthood, and growing old. Rosslyn Farmers Market | Wednesdays
Stop by Rosslyn's Central Place Plaza on Wednesdays from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. and stroll through the market to delight your senses with a wide selection of conventional and certified organic produce, baked goods and bread, popsicles, fresh flowers, and more.
Columbia Pike Farmers Market | Sundays
Stop by one of Arlington's longest-standing farmers' markets. Stop by the market each Sunday between 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Pike Park, located in front of the Walgreens at Columbia Pike & South Walter Reed Drive. Find local, fresh and organic products including homemade salsas, coffee beans, kombucha and much more.
Saturday Market at Met Park | Saturdays
The Saturday Market is back! With the warm weather comes the long-awaited return of Met Park’s Saturday Farmers Market from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Come support local farmers and businesses while shopping for your fresh organic fruits and veggies, enjoying hot food prepared onsite, and checking out what local crafters have to offer.
