Join us Wednesday afternoons for a gentle, seated yoga class with instructor, Laurie Granger. Each class is different, and every class is accessible with modifications and amplifications. Laurie focuses on strength, core, balance, and mobility; and creates a class environment where everyone feels welcome and successful. Bring a journal and be prepared to explore creatively at the end.
Instructor Bio: Laurie Granger has been teaching group exercise classes for over 20 years. Lauries specialties include Senior Fitness, Boot Camps, Yoga, Les Mills Body Pump, Les Mills RPM, Les Mills Body Flow, Les Mills Core, Johnny G Spinning, and personal training. Laurie has taught at Golds Gym, Fitness First, XSport Fitness, Overlee Pool, Westover Baptist Church, Faith Lutheran Church, Hayes Park and her home gym. Growing up in Livingston, NJ playing all field hockey, basketball and softball. After college, Laurie worked in sports marketing for 15 years. Once Laurie had three kids under two, she followed her passion of coaching group fitness and hasnt stopped since.
