Simplicity is a theme at Medium Rare which serves a single menu of steak, fries, salad and bread that's soft, hot and crunchy: love at first bite. A grilled portobello mushroom is offered off-menu for vegetarians. A big decision will be which pie to choose for dessert.

Weekend brunch features a handful of options such as french toast or steak and portobello mushroom hash accompanied by "the perfect poached egg", topped with Medium Rare's secret sauce hollandaise and hand-cut fries.
