Wellness Wednesdays: Sound Bath
Overview
Join us for a Sound Bath in the Innovation Studio + Store on the 5th Wednesday of each month. Relaxing and chill, Emma Olmedo, experienced facilitator, will use a variety of sound instruments, including chimes, crystal quartz, and tibetan sound bowls, to bathe you in beautiful sounds as you lay or sit comfortably through the event. No prior experience required. Dress comfortably (and for warmth). Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and a journal for the option to reflect creatively at the end.
