Start the week off strong with us on the Plaza! This classes uses a perfect mix of light resistance, sculpt, and high intensity to build both muscular endurance and strength. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle, and be ready to groove. All levels and abilities are welcome. This event is free and open to the public.
