Loving Heart Holistic Wellness is owned and operated by Kara Simon, which was established in 2016. Kara is a Certified Registered Yoga Instructor (E-RYT 200, YACEP), and an Usui Shiki Ryoko Reiki II Practitioner. Loving Heart Holistic Wellness is also a member of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce. Right now, all services are virtual.
Yoga Classes and Services provided, whether in person or online, are suitable for ALL! Passionate about promoting sustainability, nourishment, and enrichment for your Mind, Body, and Spirit, Loving Heart Holistic Wellness is continuously working toward bringing Mindful Movement, Meditation, Reiki, Educational Classes, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping), Sound Healing & more. Kara's intention is to provide mindful, compassionate, holistic services to promote healing and wellness, within a community experience.
With compassion in mind, classes are taught in a playful, trauma informed, sustainable way. Everyone's unique body and mind deserve to be honored, which is why the owner, Kara, provides modifications and variations for every pose throughout each Yoga class! It is important to her to teach in this sustainable way, so that everyone through all walks of life can receive the benefits of Yoga. All are welcome!
