  • Trammell Crow Residential is developing Alexan South Glebe, part of their Alexan brand of luxury multifamily apartments.

  • The 217 units will be mostly one and two bedroom with a few studio and 3 bedroom.

  • Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, game room, clubroom, cyber cafe and fitness center.

  • The development is planned with an eye on earning LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System® points. More information.
