  • The Petros Site which included office and retail space was razed in February 2007 to make way for Columbia Village. At this time, the project will include 234 rental units and 7,544 square feet of retail space on the first floor.

  • The ten-story project is the only site on Columbia Pike that allows heights over 6 stories based upon the Columbia Pike Form Based Code. More information.

  • The project was sold after approval to Fairfield Residential LLC.

  • The project will also result in the completion of a new section of South Greenbrier Street creating additional street frontage on the west side of the building.
