- Connect with our nation’s past at Arlington National Cemetery. The 500-acre site – the most hallowed burial ground of America’s fallen military– includes the grave of President John F. Kennedy, Arlington House - The Robert E. Lee Memorial, and the Tomb of the Unknowns.
- Visit the nearby Marine Corps War Memorial (Iwo Jima), which pays tribute to every U.S. Marine who has died in battle since 1775. In the summer, linger into the evening to see U.S. Marine Corps marching and musical units perform the time-honored Sunset Parade.
