Visitor Information & Services

Arlington brings visitor information directly to you with a variety of helpful services right in the neighborhoods where you're staying!

Start by picking up your Arlington Official Map & Guide from your hotel’s concierge or front desk. This large, easy-to-read map will give you the lay of the land for Arlington and Washington, D.C., attractions, along with great shopping and dining recommendations for after you've seen the sights.

Visitors in Rosslyn can easily look up details on Arlington stores, restaurants and attractions using the Touch-Screen Information Kiosk at the corner of N. Lynn St. and N. 19th. Print walking directions plus coupons from participating Arlington retailers.

Arlington’s newest visitor information hub is its Mobile Visitors Center. This customized electric vehicle serves visitors from March through November near six Arlington Metro stations and at major tourism events.  Guests can pick up maps and brochures and get personalized guidance for exploring the capital area. You can also check out a video of the Mobile Visitors Center.

The Mobile Visitors Center will offer services in the following Arlington neighborhoods.*
